Consultation information
When you request a consultation, FamFit receives your name, WhatsApp number, community, training preferences and any children’s ages you choose to share. We use these details to respond and plan suitable coaching. Please avoid sharing medical or other sensitive information in this form.
Email and WhatsApp
Consultation requests are processed through Resend for email delivery to FamFit. WhatsApp links open a separate service operated by WhatsApp. A pre-filled message is sent only when you choose to send it there.
Advertising attribution
We retain the landing page, referring website and campaign tags for your current browsing session, where available. These may accompany your request so we can understand how you found FamFit. The site prepares anonymous interaction events; your form details are not included in those analytics events.
Your information
Access should be limited to the people arranging your consultation and coaching. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of the information you have shared, or to ask about retention and service providers.
