SMALL BEGINNINGS · SHARED CONFIDENCE
Baby & Infant Water Familiarisation in Dubai
Their first experience of water should feel reassuring. Gentle parent-and-child sessions in your own pool, with time to settle, explore and build a familiar routine together.

PERSONAL ATTENTION. PURPOSEFUL PROGRESS.
Built around the person. Planned around the household.
You are part of the lesson.
A parent or caregiver stays in the water. Your coach guides comfortable holds, supported movement and simple ways to introduce the pool. Connection comes first.
Familiarity before milestones.
Water awareness, gentle movement and floating foundations are introduced gradually. We follow your child's comfort and readiness, with no pressure to perform or meet a fixed timetable.
A thoughtful first conversation.
We discuss your child's age, experience, pool temperature and family routine before recommending a start. If there are health questions about beginning water activities, speak with your child's clinician.
Confidence does not replace supervision.
Infant water familiarisation is not independent swimming or a guarantee of self-rescue. A capable adult must maintain constant, close supervision around water, including outside lessons.
A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS
Before you begin.
From what age can we start?
Share your baby's age and circumstances during the consultation. We assess suitability individually and discuss the pool conditions and parent participation before arranging a session.
Will I be in the pool?
Yes. These are parent-and-child sessions, with the coach guiding you both.
Is this the same as swimming lessons for older children?
No. The focus is comfort, parent guidance and early water awareness. Independent skills and stroke development belong to a later, readiness-led progression.
